How do I contact Occasionally Made?

How much is shipping?
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 for every order.

How will my order ship and when will it arrive?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business via UPS Basic service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, although most orders will not take that long.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the items you ordered and the total amount charged to your credit card. A separate email will be sent with tracking information when your items have shipped.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email indicating the status of your order, including ship date, tracking information and the status of any backordered items. The email will include instructions on how to use the tracking numbers provided. If you are having problems tracking your order, please call 804-288-7465 weekdays 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

Do you offer express delivery?
In-stock items can be expedited to any street address within the continental U.S. for an additional charge. Orders must be received by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time to receive same day shipping. Expedited shipping options are available for street addressed deliveries and are as follows:

- UPS 3-Day Select: 3 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business days

Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, rural routes, post office boxes and general delivery addresses is not available. Expedited shipping not available on holidays or weekends.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If any product, for any reason, does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a complete refund within 30 days of placing your order. All items must be unused with labels or tags attached. Items returned in any other condition will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued. In order to return your purchase, please submit your request via email to and include your order # and the reason for your return. We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please follow the return instructions emailed to you with your RMA #. The item will need to be returned via your expense. Once received, we will issue you a refund in the form of your original payment, less the original shipping fee.

What if an item is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via email or phone and we will send you a replacement item.
